Ingredients

  • 250 g Neapolitan pizza dough
  • 80 g Neapolitan pizza sauce
  • 100 g fresh Mozzarella
  • 5 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 leaves fresh basil

Instructions

  • Stretch out the pizza dough.
    250 g Neapolitan pizza dough
  • Spread the sauce evenly throughout the pizza base using a spoon starting from the center of the pizza. Make sure to leave half an inch at the edge of the pizza without sauce to create a nice edge that will puff up in the oven.
    80 g Neapolitan pizza sauce
  • Spread mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella evenly over the pizza.
    100 g fresh Mozzarella
  • Add the basli leaves.
  • Drizzle over the olive oil.
    5 g extra virgin olive oil
  • Bake the pizza in for 60-90 seconds at 850°F (450°C). Or on a pizza stone or steel at the hottest setting in the oven.
