Spread the sauce evenly throughout the pizza base using a spoon starting from the center of the pizza. Make sure to leave half an inch at the edge of the pizza without sauce to create a nice edge that will puff up in the oven.
80 g Neapolitan pizza sauce
Spread mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella evenly over the pizza.
100 g fresh Mozzarella
Add the basli leaves.
Drizzle over the olive oil.
5 g extra virgin olive oil
Bake the pizza in for 60-90 seconds at 850°F (450°C). Or on a pizza stone or steel at the hottest setting in the oven.
